My good friends Shizuma and KF Harlock have just released their 8-Bit Console Style RPG, SPELLSHARD: The Black Crown of Horgoth. This game is the product of nearly a decade of hard work (they started in 2002, before 8-Bit was hip again!), and I’m proud to have played a small part in its development. You see, I won a contest they were holding, and the prize was to design one monster and one weapon for the game.

You might be asking what this has to do with BSF, but the answer should be obvious: the Dragon Blade is an obtainable weapon, and there’s a monster to fight somewhere from my other site, You Encounter a Monster. So go download the game at the official site!

I’ve got some stuff going on right now and I need to put BSF on hold while I work it out. So unless something changes, the comic is going on a two-week hiatus, and will return on August 16th. See you then!
